Software that knows
when it doesn't know.
/mission
Mission.
Algorithmic decisions are entering regulated workflows faster than the institutions that govern them can keep up. We build the receipt layer — the cryptographic, plain-English, refusal-aware substrate that lets boards, auditors, and regulators trust software they cannot read.
/governance
Governance posture.
01
Auditability first
Every shipped decision is signed, versioned, and queryable. We treat audit trail as a first-class output of the kernel, not as logging.
02
Refusal over hallucination
When an input is outside a decision's declared domain, the kernel refuses. There is no fallback path that pretends.
03
Open kernel, hosted edges
The decision substrate is open and self-hostable. The hosted edges (SLA, capability suites, certification) are the commercial product.
