Full cross-database signal triangulation. Queries FAERS + EudraVigilance + VigiAccess + DailyMed + PubMed + ClinicalTrials.gov for a drug-event pair. Returns disproportionality scores, case counts from each database, label status, literature count, causality assessment, concordance score, and verdict. The only PV signal tool that cross-references US + EU + WHO databases in one call.
