ALG-2025-022: Trajectory Centroid Calculator. Gates pre-computed safety profile centroid values to classify trajectory shape. centroid_velocity = centroid_current - centroid_previous (positive = worsening). centroid_acceleration = rate of velocity change (positive = speeding up). Prefixed with centroid_ to avoid collision with signal-trend-detector velocity output in chains.

> **Note:** This tool routes through an external execution backend. If `EXECUTION_BACKEND_URL` is unset on the server, calls return JSON-RPC error `-32603 "Tool execution backend not configured"`. Tools with `backend: native` execute in-process and are always callable.
