PubMed → SOTA pipeline: triage a publication for frontier relevance, classify its PV domain, check frontier movement, and assess drift severity. Feed article metadata from a PubMed search and get back a full SOTA drift assessment including whether the finding warrants frontier review. Chain: pubmed-triage → domain-classifier → frontier-check → drift-alert.

> **Note:** This tool routes through an external execution backend. If `EXECUTION_BACKEND_URL` is unset on the server, calls return JSON-RPC error `-32603 "Tool execution backend not configured"`. Tools with `backend: native` execute in-process and are always callable.
