Cross-signal comparator: compares two PV signals (PRR values) and determines which is stronger, whether they agree, and if their ratio suggests confounding. Uses cross-variable comparison to directly compare signal_a against signal_b. First microgram designed to stress-test the cross-variable comparison engine.
