Retrieve full core metadata for a single article by its source ID (MED=PubMed, PMC=PubMed Central, PPR=preprint, AGR=Agricola, CBA=Chinese Biological Abstracts). Returns title, authors, abstract, journal, DOI, MeSH terms, full chemicalList, and keyword list. Primary use: causality assessment literature citation, benefit-risk dossier evidence capture.
